3. Registration and Accounts

3.1 Sign-Up Flow Overview

When registering on the App, you must provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address, name, and password. Your email address must be unique and not registered with an existing account in our database.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Registration via Social Network

Social Network Integration: Users have the option to register using their Google or Apple accounts. By doing so, you authorize the App to access and use your account information from the respective social network.

5. Manual Login

5.1 Email Input

When logging in manually, you must provide a valid email address.

5.2 Password Input

A valid password is required for manual login. Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters and a maximum of 32 characters.

6. Password Reset

Email Verification: If you forget your password, you can request a password reset link via email. The link will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

7. Usage Restrictions

Speed Limits: While using the App for tracking movements, you agree to adhere to the speed limits for various modes of transportation, as specified within the App.

8. Liking and Unliking Movements

Likes: You can express your liking for a movement by clicking the "Thumb Up" icon. You may also remove your like by clicking the icon again.

9. User Content

Comments: You can post comments on movements within the App. We reserve the right to remove any comments that violate our content guidelines.

10. Termination

Termination: We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms and App

Updates: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the App and these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

No Warranty: The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
